National and State Parks and Monuments offer great opportunities for panoramic photography (QTVR and otherwise). I have assembled this collection from our travels around the USA.
I have organized them by alphabetically by state and park name. |

Chimney Bluff State Park
Chimney Bluff State Park is located on the South shore of Lake Ontario near Souda Bay, NY. The high silica clay bluff is being eroded into formations that are known as 'dragon backs'. These formations take the form of sharp ridge lines and peaks that form from the top of the cliff and descend to the waterline. While not as colorful as the Grand Canyon, these formations are some of the most stunning visually that I have run across. |
